Terms of Service

Last updated: 24 June 2026

This page is maintained by BeautyMenu Australia to set out the terms that govern your use of beautymenu.com.au and related services (the "Platform"). By creating an account or making a booking, you agree to these terms.

1. The Platform

BeautyMenu Australia connects customers with independent beauty therapists, nail technicians, lash artists, makeup artists, massage therapists, barbers and hairdressers ("Professionals"). We provide booking, payment and profile tools. We are not the provider of the beauty or grooming services listed on the Platform.

2. Accounts

You must be 18 or older to create a Professional account. You are responsible for the accuracy of information on your profile, for keeping your login secure, and for all activity under your account.

3. Bookings & Payments

Bookings are a direct agreement between the customer and the Professional. Payments are processed by Stripe under their terms. BeautyMenu may charge subscription fees and transaction fees as published on our pricing page. Cancellation and refund policies are set by each Professional and shown at checkout.

4. Professional Obligations

Professionals must hold any licences, insurance and registrations required by Australian law to provide their services, keep service descriptions accurate, honour confirmed bookings, and comply with workplace, hygiene and consumer protection laws.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Platform, including by posting unlawful, misleading or infringing content, attempting to bypass security or fees, scraping data, or harassing other users. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms.

6. Reviews

Customers may leave honest reviews of services they have received. Reviews must not be defamatory or contain personal information about others. We may moderate or remove reviews that breach these terms or applicable law.

7. Intellectual Property

BeautyMenu Australia, our logo and the Platform design are our property. You retain ownership of content you upload but grant us a licence to host, display and promote it on the Platform.

8. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BeautyMenu Australia is not liable for the quality, safety or legality of services booked through the Platform. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law.

9. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified by email or via the Platform. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

10. Contact

Questions about these terms can be sent to support@beautymenu.com.au.
